BCPSR Courses | Best Pharmacy Colleges In West Bengal

Admission in Diploma in Pharmacy
  • Minimum Qualification: Applicant for one of the best pharmacy colleges in West Bengal should be an Indian Citizen. Applications will be entertained from candidates who have passed in the H.S. (10+2) examination with physics, chemistry, biology or mathematics under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination of a recognized board or council.
  • Age:Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 1st January of the year for admission.
  • Total Number of Seats: 60 Seats
  • Duration of Course: 2 years 


Admission in Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Minimum Qualification: Applicant of one of the top B.pharma colleges in Eastern India should be an Indian Citizen. Applications will be entertained from candidates who have passed in the H.S. (10+2) examination with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST Candidates) with physics, chemistry, biology or mathematics and passed in each individual subject (Theory& Practical).Minimum Percentage in English is 30% (for all categories) under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination of a recognized board or council.
  • Diploma holders in Pharmacy, qualified in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry (WBJELET) are eligible for entry to the 3rd semester (2nd year) of the B. Pharm Course.
  • Age: Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 1st January of the year for admission.
  • Total Number of Seats: 100 seats and 10 seats for Lateral Entry students.
  • Duration of Course: 04 years (03 years for Lateral Entry)
Admission in Master of Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics):
  • Minimum Qualification: Applicant interested for admission in top pharmacy colleges in Eastern India should be an Indian Citizen. Applications will be entertained from candidates who have passed Bachelor of Pharmacy with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 from a recognized university and must have qualified/appeared PGET entrance examinations.
  • Total Number of Seats: 18 seats
  • Duration of Course: 2years.
